Splendid
[citation][nom]ta152h[/nom]You seem to be leaving out OS/2, which was more powerful than anything the Amiga had. It wasn't as popular was Windows, but was a Hell of a lot more popular than the Amiga. The Amiga had too many problems when it was introduced,[/citation]
Huh? OS/2 came out in 1986? OS2 was strictly text-based in 87. It wasn't until 1989 that OS/2 even had a GUI. And OS/2 never got beyond looking like Windows 3.x.
Amiga OS was pretty stable, especially 2 and 3, with each release being better than the previous. I've crashed the desktop, while other apps ran fine.
Amiga was introduced in late 85... by a moronic company. For the most part, it was state of the art for its time. Mac and PC couldn't do the things Amiga did until the mid 90s. Windows3.x is not an OS and was pure crap.
