You can upgrade to any of the CPUs listed above, no BIOS update required.

For the graphics card you need to post your power supply model(you can find that on the PSU label), in order to recommend you something.

Also you should upgrade your CPU before getting a new GPU... that G2020 is weak... an I7-3770 will be a huge improvement.
