Question Components recommendation

This is my PC (R5 5600X + RX 570 + 16 GB 3600MHz DDR4 ) . I need a 1080p 144hz 1ms monitor suggestion .
Again I will buy an Aio (Lian Li Galahad UNIFAN 240/360 ) and a 3in1 Deepcool gt 120 fans. I have 5 vacant spots in my casing till now .
(Top 2, shroud 2 & back1 (will throw away current) ). If I buy 240mm , I will have to setup it in top of the case, then it will be a little bit clustered as there isnt much space. And If I buy 360mm, I will have to setup it in the front and then I will have to reassemble the current front panel fans & again I will be able to use 2 deepcool fans out of 3 .
Which one should be done considering Case beauty and airflow(temp control)?

When listing the specs to your build, please list them like so:

^ that should be what you're currently working with. As for the image above, is that your system? If so, I don't see any need to spend any money on it given how the world is now with the economy, regardless of where you're located, not to mention how close the launch of newer hardware is going to be with respect to 2022.

A side note, mention your current ambient room air temps, the temps you're seeing on your existing build and the app's/games you're using to tax the system.

To add, what is your budget for upgrades, where are you located and what is your preferred site for purchase?
