I have randomly been getting this problem where my computer is restarting right when I start any game, disabling me from playing any games. I know it isn't my PSU, or overheating. One of the times my computer reset, it sent a report that it was a win32trojan virus... so I am guessing that's what this is. I have tried every malware removal tool, and factory reset my computer 3 times. Can anybody help me...

Easiest and most sure way is to reformat you drives, otherwise hop on Google and go down a pretty big rabbit hole to remove it
So I have looked up how to do this, and for some reason the "Format" option under the infected drive in "Disk Management" is grayed out. Either this virus is extremely strong and is preventing reformatting, or my drive just can't do this..

Any particular method to reformat a drive?
