[SOLVED] Computer boot glitch

tried booting up my computer yesterday and the BIOS boot screen started glitching, not sure what is causing it but when you press one of the buttons (end, delete) it freezes completely. happens every time I try to start it.

gigabyte ga-z68ap-d3

ram:
kingston hyperx blu ddr3 2gb x4

processor:
not 100% sure but its an intel i5

power supply:
ocz zs series 650w

Remove your GPU and connect the monitor to your Board.
Before that you can try to reset your Bios, removing the CMOS battery for a while (remove power cable from PSU), don't forget to ground yourself before you touch any hardware in your computer.

You can also try to remove one of both rams, test it, switch ram again, switch the slots. etc.
