Hello!
Simple as the title: The motherboard worked fine for around a month, and then one day it wouldn't turn on-fans spin up and then crash, starts again and then crashes. Repeats like this infinitely. Nothing displays on the monitor, and no time to get into BIOS. However I have managed to get it to work by swapping the motherboard for an older one of the same socket. Is it possible the CMOS battery is dead? Can I swap the battery from the old one? I've looked for damaged capacitors and the like on the board and nothing stands out.
