Computer doesnt recognize hardware

Hello,
My Fujitsu T4210 is not allowing devices to use the USB ports. When I look at the device manager there is a message on the Intel slots for the USB host controller, and ports indicating the the computer does not recognize the hardware. I have updated all drivers and the problem continues. Suggestions would be appreciated

Depends on your windows version. You may need to install a newer microsoft service pack or use windows update.
