I received a new Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ADA05 and it keeps "freezing" seemingly at random. I can still move the cursor but If I try to do anything it lags out to the point of almost freezing for a few minutes and nothing opens. The only way out is a hard reset.
Sfc scannow found no problems.
tested ram with windows with Windows Memory Diagnostic tool.
Crystaldiskinfo shows no ssd errors with the exception of the unsafe shutdowns I was forced to do.
the very first time this occurred after waiting for what was like about 40-45 minutes, I was able to mavigate to the power off option and turn the computer on, but the unsafe shutdown counter went up nonetheless.
The firs two times, it happened after having the computer on for more than 10 hours but recently it happened 30 minutes after startup.
Im not 100% sure but I believe that all the times it has happened, it happened right after i clicked on my mouse. Chrome was open every single time as well but that's because chrome is almost always open.
its specs are:
CPU :athlon 3150u
Ram:4GB ddr4 soldered in mb 2400mhz
SSD: ssstc cl1-4d128
windows is up to date and so is the bios
any suggestions on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
