Hey guys,
I work in IT, spending more of my time developping than assembling PCs but yesterday I assembled a computer for a friend and somehow the computer is slow while it shouldn't be compared to it's components and I'd need some help if someone already had the same issue.
Approximative computer's specs :
- Intel I9 12th gen
- KFA2 rtx 4070 TI
- 2x 8gb DDR4 3200Mhz HyperX Fury
- beQuiet 750W (Gold +)
and he also has a gigabyte motherboard but I can't remember much of it besides it's in the ATX format.
The problem with the computer is that at the first game launched (CSGO or valorant), the pc starts lagging in the game and when openning the tasks manager, the gpu is only used at 20%.
More problematic, when entering the bios, then the screen only shows a blackscreen (even when the screen is connected to the motherboard).
Otherwhise, when no games are running, the computer behaves very well and I can't figure out what could be wrong.
