COMPUTER IS SO SLOW!

HELP!!!I have XP home edition. It was working fine until a few days ago?
When I start or restart, it takes at least 10min for me to be able to do
anything. I tried an anti spyware program, that seemed to help a little. I
have been experimenting with going into startup and disabling some programs.
I am just afraid I will mess something up. When I check my taskmanager...the
window is blank? PLEASE HELP!

Download regscrubXP and run it to remove invalid registry/software
entries which might be slowing down ur system.
