Question Computer is stuck on boot screen after power outage ?

My PC is stuck on the boot screen after a power outage. After reading some guides online I turned off the power, unplugged everything, and then reassembled my PC. Now the PC turns on but I cannot get any signal to the monitor or any sign of power to my mouse and keyboard. Furthermore, I’ve changed USB ports and used a different HDMI cord and monitor and still have no luck.


Any idea what’s wrong?

If I had to guess ...

probably there initially was some problem with storage device. Should have disconnected storage device to check that.​

After reassembling something is probably not connected right, something missing.

Go through this check list:

It’s funny you say this, when going through I saw a really frayed SATA cable going to my SSD. I ordered a new one just in case. It arrives today so I’ll let you know if that solves it
