Recently, my computer has been experiencing a weird problem, in which sometimes when tabbing out of games my whole PC would black screen, and sounds would loop. However, this problem became happening with zero prompts (as in nothing should be triggering it). Most recently though, my computer randomly had both monitors turn block colours (I believe beige and blue - although I don't think that matters) before black screening and all peripherals turning off. The only way to fix it this time was to manually turn off the computer, and then turn it back on again, whereas previously i could spam CTRL+ALT+DEL and this would fix the problem after sometime.
This problem is becoming increasingly more apparent, and is happening more than once a day and slowly increasing.
I must add, I recently reinstalled windows (~1-2 months ago) on a new SSD.
Prior to this, I got a new PSU around 3 months ago.
Both these changes came way before the issue.
Any advice for what the problem is or how to fix it?
