[SOLVED] Computer randomly shutting down

I'm new to PC gaming. And I just recently bought a NZXT pc. Its got a Ryzen 5 2600 , RTX 2060, 2 G.SKILL Ripjaws 8gb ram, and a Cryorig cooling fan. I recently went on a week long vacation and my pc was perfectly fine. But, I just got back 2 days ago, and when i'm playing Forza Horizon 4 or Rainbow Six Siege, my pc will randomly shut off. I don't think it's overheating because I am in a constant 64 degrees room and I watch the temp on Core Temp. And I can't figure out why it's doing this. Help?

I'm assuming this is an NZXT BLD system?

I'd ensure drivers are up to date, and clarify your entire system components (PSU, storage etc) and, assuming no obvious culprit, I'd reach out to NZXT. Not ideal, but you are paying for warranty service in that price.

I'd try the driver update route and then contact NZXT is the problem persists.

The S12ii 620 should be fine.

Most likely a GPU driver issue, if I had to guess.
Run DDU in safemode:
https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Then reboot and install the latest (non BETA) GPU driver from NVidia's website.
