I play a game called Apex Legends and either every day or every couple of days, both of my computer screens will turn black in the middle of playing regardless what I'm doing and the computer lights stay on the entire time and I hold the power button down to fully shut it off and then turn it back on to get back into Windows and start gaming. I don't know what the source of the issue is, it will just happen randomly when playing games.
