Question Computer still slow even after trying possibly everything. Please Help!

The computer is lagging ( Slow by 25%). I replaced everything; RAM, Graphics card, Processor, Processor Fan, Hard disk, SMPS. Even Reformatted it several times, ran mem test 86, Intel Processor Diagnostics etc.. scanned for viruses and malware using premium Softwares. Stopped the unwanted processes and startup programs using msconfig .
Please tell me what to do.

Lagging when multi-tasking plus I can't afford a new system right now. If it's mo bo problem, I can get a refurbished one.

Both a dual core cpu and only 4Gb RAM are going to be a problem with any ‘multi-tasking’. Not having an SSD is no helping.

It sounds like you are expecting too much from such an old weak system.

Have you tried putting the system to performance mode ? meaning

Windows key + Pause (Or just go to system) select Advanced system settings switch from appearance to Performance?

I agree that the output is poorly formatted, even when presented in image form. Nevertheless, hexadecimal raw values are more meaningful than decimal when interpreting Seagate's SMART data.

There are 2 Reported Uncorrectable Errors and 24 Command Timeouts. Otherwise SMART looks OK.

Hi this means there is some error in ur hard disk which os and storage u r using and does ur hard drive make screeching sound?

AND the hard disk light on CPU cabinet is always on. Glowing 10% when idle. earlier it was off when not doing anything on PC. but now it is on always. please help.
