Question Computer turns on but no signal on the monitor

My computer has recently been randomly shutting off and when I try to turn it back on, the computer turns on but the monitor says no signal. If I take out my graphics card ans use the on board display it works fine.

I have tried everything that I know of:
Reseating the GPU - Nothing happens
Unplugging everything from my monitor and waiting 15 minutes - It works but is very temporary

make and model of the psu?
if you take the r9 380 out, does it work with the igpu?
