Ok, Well I'm new to these forums and wasn't sure where to post this.

I'm currently running

AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core Processor @ 3.6 GHz
nVidia GeForce GTX 560
8GB of DDR3 Memory
1TB HDD (5900 RPM)

Thats my Windows rating, I know my HDD let's me down a lot.

I bought this build a few months back for £500, And I have to say I'm really disappointed with the overall performance of it.
So Should I try and sell the build for £400 and spend more money on this build?

Intel i7-2600k at 3.4 GHz
Asus P8Z68-V Motherboard
16GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Memory
OCZ AGT3-25SAT3-120G Agility SSD
nVidia GeForce GTX 560

Thanks to anyone who could answer.

I'd poull the nvidia 560 and the 1TB drive for use in the new build. Even with an SSD your going to want another drive in there. Throw a smaller 7200rp drive intoe the fx and then sell it. It has decent built in graphics for light gaming and home use.

for gaming the i7 is overkill, drop to an i5-k chip. You can order the system with just integrated graphics and throw your 560 in when you get it, just make sure they have a decent sized PSU in it when you order it.

Alright, Do you have a case that you would recommend to buy for the build? Something with good air flow?
