Question Confusingly low benchmark score for new GPU/PSU/CPU, is my motherboard the culprit?

Hey all, posting to confirm my suspicions of a motherboard that needs replaced.
I recently upgraded my GPU, CPU, and PSU.
When testing in cinebench, I received confusingly low benchmark scores for my GPU. (I will post my CPU scores as well for clarity).

I'm wondering if my motherboard is the culprit..
In games it appears to be running okay, but these scores make me concerned I could be getting more out of my machine.

MOBO: AB350 Rev 1 (latest firmware installed, F51H)
GPU: RX 6600
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x
RAM: Vulcan 32GB DDR4 3600mhz Ram
PSU:Thermaltake Smart 700W
Drives: 1x Nvme SSD, 2x HDD, 1x SSD

Cinebench Scores
CPU(Multi Core): 548
GPU: 344

Any guidance here? For reference a 2070 super scores 6k+

You have one more BIOS version pending update;
Clear the CMOS once you've verified that the BIOS was updated successfully.

PSU:Thermaltake Smart 700W
Is this the PSU you're working with
?

You should run DDY and remove all GPU drivers from the platform and hen manually reinstall the latest driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

If you swapped to a Thermaltake SMART 700W unit, I'd advise you return it and pick up something that's reliably built.

Bumping this. To reiterate the GPU/CPU functions fine.. but i'm concerned I might be due for a motherboard upgrade.

I have had this AB350 for 5 years. Any thoughts on that lifespan? Could an older motherboard be responsible for hardware that is functioning but benchmarking low/could be performing better?

I have this same psu and I can tell you that it is a fire waiting to happen. It is F-tier on the psu tier list for a reason after all.

b350 pci e slot only runs 3.0 so any new gpu will be bandwidth limited going forward

pci gen 4 is what the new gpus use the reason for the low score with the rx 6600 is it is only wired for 8 gpu lanes

only a 3.0 slot its gonna run horribly

2070 uses 3.0 x 16
6600 uses 4.0 x 8 but that board would force it to have the bandwidth of a 3.0 slot x8 lane

which would force the bandwidth in half

Your motherboard was not the problem run a benchmark and check your temp.
Your SSD's are to full!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8GB free on the OS drive LOL. You need a lot more than that free.
fixed that already, i heard you don't worry.

i've never noticed high temps on the CPU, but i'll test real quick for you via cinebench
