Hoo boy this new pic is givin me some gray hairs. So for some reason, I’m completely connected to the internet, but some things like Chrome and Steam straight up don’t work. However Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer work perfectly fine? Ya boi head hurt

EDIT:resetting the network through windows’ settings temporarily worked, but it stopped after like 10 mins

EDIT 2: Steam is now working fine, but Chrome is still timing out

EDIT 3: I dug further into the internet looking for answers, and "fixing cryptsvc bug" seemed to work, will update if it stops working!

FYI:

https://www.iplocation.net/public-vs-private-ip-address

You can easily find additional explanations online.

What you do not want to give out is your/the public IP address that is provided to your router via your ISP.

You can find that via a number of websites. E.g.:

https://whatismyipaddress.com/

Posting the results of "ipconfig /all' is commonly done for troubleshooting network problems.

If anything, you could mask out the Host Name and the Physical Address (AKA "MAC").

You're sure that it's safe to share like my IPv6 and whatnot?
