Question Constant problems with self built pc

Recently upgraded and after a fresh install of windows i have ran into these problems.

Cant install GPU drivers
Cant upgrade to windows 11
Cant clean install Windows 10 from usb or reset pc (Took 10+ times to get a clean install)
Struggles to update pc or run things like check disk
Constant Blue screen because of vanguard - Already made changes via support recommendations
Pages crash on opera gx 24/7

Already run memtest passed everything twice

Recently upgraded to i9 13900kf
64gb ddr5 5600mhz
ASUS ROG Strix Z790-F
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
