Which case do you have?
Scythe Mugen 5 or EVGA CLC 120mm, if you don't go above mild OCing.

So you are not overclocking, just letting intel Turbo Boost do its thing?

Im asking you cause one thing is a cooler for stock settings and another thing is a cooler for overclocking.

Other than that there are lots of brands and models and also theres AIO water cooling.

You need to give us more info, like case brand and model, what do you prefer water or air, overcloking or not, etc.?

The AIO is curently unavailable in my country,but the scythe is.

I just want to turbo boost to 4.2-4.9ghz on 60-70 degrees.

I prefer air cooling because they are cheaper and more reliable.

The nh-15d is great but is too big.

well around 150 bgn aka 85 usd and out of these four i am thinking between dark rock 4 or the nh-u12s

I've had wonderful cooling results with a Gammax fansink, Inexpensive, incredibly effective, Heard its a bit of a pain to install on Intel brackets though. But for 20$ its Really hard to beat.

The Gammaxx 400 is an old design cooler than even today is probing that still up to the task in many situations.

But I will still try to go something with more metal for the 9700K. The dark Rock 4 has a bigger and heavier heatsink and a bigger fan than the Gammaxx 400, so its a nice choice.

If you can't spend that much money the Gammaxx 400 may be your solution.

I am torn between The Arctic 34 Esports Duo or the bequiet!Dark rock 4
,but i dont know what temps the arctic 34 esports duo will get with turbo boost on
The first one is a budget opiton and the bequiet! one for the high end option

Arctic Freezer 34 Esports Duo is another great solution that I normally suggest, and its rated for around the same TDP of the DR4.

I think that because of the two fans (in push - pull configuration), if the air can go from front to back without issues inside your case, it will probably equal or beat the thermal performance of the beQuiet one.

The main thing of the budget ones, is that the coat may scratch easily, and instead of taking care of 1 fan, you have to take care of 2.

Still the Arctic should be more than enough too.

If you go for a bigger heavier cooler, be Aware that if you move your computer frequently, You can snap the mobo by setting it down a little less than gently. especially if its a car ride or something. Just be careful with that.

Is not compared to others, there are bigger, but you still need to be carefull 😁.
