As you can see my GPU is being choked as it is nearly touching the front fan and only receiving partial air from the front fan. Would it be beneficial to add two 140mm fans on the bottom of the case to pull air through the bottom which will have direct contact with the GPU? I currently just have 2x180mm fans on the front and unfortunately cannot fit two more 180mm fans on the bottom. Only 140mm fans.

Please explain HOW it's being choked. Where's the proof?

It doesnt look bad to me. I would say what you really need are fans expelling air from the rear. You shouldnt rely on air passively exiting from the back.

Are you having a gpu cooling issue?
graphics cards do run hot and are designed to do so.
They target 80c and perform best at that temperature.

Long, long time ago I found that a simple slot fan would direct the front intake stream past the gpu intake fans and help cooling in a similar situation.

A cheap experiment,

I really don't think you need anything extra at all.
