Hello.

I can buy the corsair 760T(that model case is old although I am picking a brand new one) or Corsair 4000D for the same price.

No cpu overclock,
The corsair 760T has a bigger volume. 60% more space.

Which one should I pick?
Which one will keep my cpu/gpu cooler?
That is the 760T in the picture.

Ask yourself if you need the 60% extra space. Space that isn't in use is wasted.
Really large cases are suited more towards custom loop setups - not like custom loop can't work in small form factor, but a typical hardware selection looks 'empty' in a big case.

Pick based on your personal tastes.

Neither will keep your cpu/gpu cooler, unless you purposefully set up your fans to make one appear worse than the other.
PC heat output disperses into the room, eventually making its way back into the PC, raising case ambient, and the cycle repeats.

Sorry for being roundabout, but two out of the three questions are really on you to answer.
... or just pick the 4000D simply because it's newer? ¯\(ツ)
