Question Corsair Case - Screws won’t come out

Hi, I am working on unscrewing a part of my case (the brand is Corsair) to access something. I can’t seem to unscrew the screws however, I tried allen keys and some screwdrivers from a set I have (not computer specified screwdrivers)

I can’t seem to attach a photo but they are circular shaped in the middle, Allen keys won’t work.

If you use the wrong screwdrivers then you will round out the screw which will make it impossible to open. Then you have to get the drill and drill it out.
I hope you haven't done that yet. Post image to a website and then link it.

Why won’t come out ? They rotating endless, or not rotating, or you have not a proper screw driver for it ?
Please be more specific.
