Hello, everyone. I just finished building my new system. I am using an Asus Z790 Prime-A motherboard, 13900k CPU, and 64GB of Corsair DDR5 memory (dual channel kit of two 32GB dimms; model CMT64GX5M2B5600C40)). The latest bios are installed. When I entered bios for the first time, the RAM capacity was displayed correctly, but it appeared as DDR5-4000). I went in and enabled the first XMP profile. That set it to 5600 with the correct timings for the kit. Saved and exited bios. Upon reentry, at the very top, it showed 64GB (DDR5 5600Mhz). However in the section below that where it shows information for individual dimm slots and what they are occupied with, it shows each module as "32768MB 4800Mhz." This specific ram is on the qualified vendor list for this motherboard. The motherboard (with an Intel 13900k) supports DDR5 5600 natively with no overclock. And the 13900k is natively 5600MT/s. Is there anything else I need to do in order to ensure the memory is in fact running at 5600Mhz? I am confused by the fact that it does show XMP enabled, does show 5600Mhz at the top, but in another section, the individual dimms are 4800Mhz. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
