No reason you can't, with AIO's I like to keep something like the App CoreTemp open, to keep an eye on temps 
I've got a couple of mine running 24/7 with AIOs and haven't had any problems. There's always a posssibility of failure, but the system should shut itself down if CPU temps go to high in the event of a failure
