Asrock b450m steel legend.
Corsair vengeance rgb pro ddr4 3200mhz 16gb.
I tried to change the speed in bios from 2133 MHz to 3200mhz
and i did enable XMP but its not changing the frequency of the ram.
I have tried a bunch of "fixes" but they all didn't seem to work.
any way to fix this?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Can you get into BIOS and check which version you're currently on? Processor used for your build? Manually input the frequency, voltage and timings in BIOS and then see if the rams go to that speed, mind you when you go manual mode, X.M.P will not work in tandem.

i am currently on UEFI Version: P2.70 i wanted to update my bios but the asrock website strongly recommended against that. My CPU is the ryzen 5 2600x 36000mhz.
I cant turn off XMP if i click it i get the option profile 1 and auto.
i also cant manually input frequency its a drop down menu. i can manually input voltage but whatever i type in it stays at 1.35V and the same is for timing. i tried changing tCL from 15 to 16 because thats what it says on the box. but that is also not changing.
