Question Could my PC run 120HZ 1080p?

My specs are as follows:

GTX 1070 SC
Intel i-5 4690k 3.8ghz
16GB DDR3 1600mhz
600 Watt PSU

thinking of upgrading but want to be sure.

Depends on the games and in game settings.
Some titles, sure.
Others, no way.

Its a fairly balanced system given its age, anything substantial would likely require a new system.
