Question could this little scratch be the problem for my GPU running in PCIE X2

tried everything, stress testing, resetting, Cleaning, RAM resetting, GPU driver and Bios reinstalling, Bios Update. default bios and everything is good in bios.
Could this little scratch be the problem or the missing C588 Pin?
If somebody know about it please help how can i fix this

C558 is not missing. Check your PCI-E lanes with multimeter (video cca from 32:10)
