[SOLVED] CPU 3 100% Usage,others 20%

Hi,at the start I'm sorry for my bad english xd
I have a problem
when I play in the game CPU3 usage is at 100% and the rest of the cores around 20/30%. It's really suck because it's cousing some stutering :/ Is there any fix i can do?

Xeon e3 1240v3 3.40Ghz
GTX 1060 6GB xtreme gaming
2x8 GB Ram
Motherboard Gigabyte HD81M-HD3
SSD 120GB Gigabyte
SilentiumPC 500W

Depending on the game, it may not use more than one or two cores effectively. This is especially the case with older games.

I don't know maybe,i will try maybe some modern game and see if that happend.
