Relatively beginner into this PC world and building a PC and i cant get mine to work. Ive read the other threads with the similar issue but nothing is working.

My Build:

Ryzen 5 3600
Asrock b450M Pro 4 (has ryzen 3000 ready sticker on it)
Gtx 1660
Corsair CX650 M
G. Skill Ripjaws DDR4-3600(2x8GB0
Samsung SSD

So when I plug everything in everything turns all the CPU fan spins the GPU fans spin everything has power but I get 5 quick beeps and it wont display onto my monitor.

What I have tried:

Turning on without GPU with ram in - Still get beeps
One stick of memory I have tried different memory as well on all four of the DIMM slots - still get the 5 beeps
Removed CMOS battery and re interested- Still Beeps 5 times
I exchanged the CPU and Motherboard for brand new ones at the store dont think they are defective.
When I start it with no Ram i get no beeps and the computer will run for a few seconds and turn off it seems like, the fans will go off then it will turn on again and keep going. So im thinking it might be the RAM but it should be compatible with this board? Model number F4-3600C18D-16GVK
The motherboard is also not listed on G.Skills website as a QVL

Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Solution
As far as I know, 5 beeps correspond to GPU error.

Check that the GPU is properly seated.
Make sure you have the GPU power cord connected (I think 8-pin).
Make sure that the monitor is connected to the output of the GPU and not to the output of the motherboard.
