[SOLVED] CPU at 70-80° and 100% while gaming but working fine

Is it bad when my CPU (i7-9700k) is at 70-80° and 100% usage while playing games (i. e. Apex Legends)? The FPS stays at 144 FPS with sometimes small lags but those don't bother me. If it is bad, what would be recommended to do? I have 2 intake fans at the lower front and one outtake fan at the upper back. My CPU-fan is the "Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo".
