Question CPU CLOCKS DOWN WHEN HIGH GPU LOAD

can someone please help me i have a6 7310 with r4 gpu 1gb vram 8 gb ram now iknow it isnt a gaming one its low end but i want to run pubg lite on it on lowest the game runs fine before entering plane above 30 fps and above 60 in plane but when i land in populated areas the game laggs like hell like 20 lower even dying light i play 640*480 25 fps locked shadows off but i noticed in task manager that when gpu is on load the cpu part locks itself at 1.36ghz dosrnt increase can someone help me

make and model of the psu?

And the temps on that APU? Sounds like it's thermally throttling. Also, are you positive the monitor is plugged into the gpu and not the motherboard video ports?
