Hyper212+, I've personally tested both 2500ks and 2600ks at clocks higher than the stated 4.5Ghz (albeit with a case with somewhat better cooling capabilities) and have not breached the 70°C mark. Although your case isn't ideal for cooling the CM Hyper 212+ will still do the job with ease.
