[SOLVED] CPU core question

Is it normal for my CPU core 6 and 3 to be at around 80% useage, where the rest of my 6 cores are at around 10- 30%?
If this isnt normal any recomendations for a fix?
My CPU: I5- 8600 3.10Ghz

Usage depends on OS and SW requirements, it doesn't happen because CPU itself. So nothing really wrong or needs fixing.
