Hello

Is there a way to set CPU fan speed to be always on same rpm.For instance to be on 2000 to 2100 rpm.I am asking this because speed above 2100 rpm are too loud, and it`s quite annoying. CPU is Q6600@ 2,4 GHz with stock fan, mobo Gigabyte EP35-DSR, 4 Gb of ram @ 800Mhz,GPU Leadtek GTX260 extreme+.I tried to find silent mode in BIOS by friend suggestion but I can`t find it.

Thanks

You can use speedfan to control the fan speeds download it install it. Now you have to configure it for it to work. So after you install it click configure click advanced tab find your motherboard in the drop down list. Set all the PWM to manual control make sure you check remember settings. After you do this you will be able to control fans play with it you will be able to setup temps and automatic control a little tricky to figure out but very powerful when you do.
