[SOLVED] CPU getting (REALLY) hot

So I was recently having some issues playing the Witcher 3 regarding frame drops. I tracked my CPU and GPU to see if there was any problem... Turns out, my CPU was running at around 100 degrees Celsius or 212F. I haven't had this issue yet and I don't have a clue what caused it. System specs:
Core i5 4570
Non stock cpu fan (but cheap)
RX 580
Cooler master k380 case
1 TB HDD
500W cooler master PSU

Edit: My CPU fan is also going full speed

That's probably why, when was the last time you refreshed thermal paste and reseated the cooler?
How is airflow through the rest of your case? Has it been thoroughly cleaned recently?

Many CM PSUs are pretty poor quality. But It's likely not causing the heating problem.

Yeah a few months ago when I replaced my gpu
