wut is a good cheap heatsink fan for the cpu that wouldn't interfere with my computer case's side fan? or in other words a good cheap heat sink fan that is less than 150mm.
cheap = less than $30
i originally bought a cooler master hyper 212+ but that thing is too tall and i had to remove my side fan.

Just curious, but is there a specific reason you are using a side fan? Most folks leave that slot open as a vent. For all but extreme rigs, a 120mm front fan blowing in, and a rear 120mm middle or top fan blowing out should be sufficient.

At any rate, this is basically the older version of what you have. It worked well for a lot of people before the Plus and Evo came along. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103064

Side fans can cause issues with case flow by creating turbulence inside the case. Unless you have a very hot multi-GPU setup that you need to cool down, I'd just put a filter over it and use the Hyper-212.
