Question cpu idle at 48-55

so my pc was acting weird recently it was slow so it got fixed after disabling and enabling xmp again but i think my cpu temp is acting wierd it was 60-70 while gaming and 43 45 when idle now it's 82 while gaming also in bios it is on 48 . I'm sensing the cpu and the gpu drain more power that it should . here are pictures when idle and when in 100% load

CPU temps look high, but that model of GPU runs hot, don't they? Has it always been that way or the temp increase is sudden?

There's always the option to reapply thermal paste and see where it gets you.

temp of my gpu is normal it was always like this , i'm sensing that it is draining a lot of power

That's pretty warm there.

With stock cooler I won't be surprised if the CPU is idling at 45°C.

The idle power draw seems high. Driver software/setting issue?

my cpu is liquid cooler master 240 lite and 7700k cpu

you mean the graphic card or the cpu power draw? what it should be?
