[SOLVED] CPU making Electronic sound

Hi, I am Puneet,
There is some electronic kind of sound comes from cpu.
Can anyone help me out what this sound can be.

My PC config is:
Processor:
Intel i9-9900k upto 5.0Ghz

Motherboard: Gigabyte – Z390 Aorus Ultra

Cooler: NZXT - KRAKEN X72

Graphic Card: NVIDIA –Gigabyte RTX 2080ti Gaming OC 11GB DDR6

RAM: g.skill trident z rgb 8gb ddr4 3000

Power Supply: Corsair – CX750

SSD: Samsung 970EVO 500GB M.2 NVME

HDD: 2TB Seagate

Case: Lian Li Lacool one

it is more likely to be one of the fans that is making the noise.
Try disconnecting all of your PC case fans, removing your GFX card and connecting your monitor to your integrated graphics on the back of your PC.
Your CPU has integrated graphics.

If the noise still persists then it sounds like the CPU fan.
You can manually increase its speed temporarily in your BIOS to see if the noise changes/gets louder/stops.
