Question Cpu Overheating (feel like I’ve tried everything to fix it)

Alright so my cpu is hitting like 209 degrees F and I’ve tried getting a new cpu cooler and that didn’t help I’ve also tried updating the bios and drivers on everything and even rolling back some of my drivers to see if that was the issue but no luck I’ve also tried just replacing the thermal paste and cleaning the inside of my PC I have an intel i7 and I haven’t had any issues before someone PLEASE HELP!!!
