CPU - i5-7600k
GPU -ASUS STRIX GTX 1070
Ram - 16GB
My CPU is fluctuating between 70-91 degree. Yesterday I finished cleaning it thoroughly but when I started it up today I noticed a red LED light indicating it was the CPU. Whilst booting up, it informed me as well and directed me to the BIOS and I did a factory reset and it still doesn't work. I tried re-seating the cpu fan. As of now, I'm just going to re-apply the thermal paste (after cleaning it of course).

the thermal paste did the trick. Now it's back to 35 degrees
