Question CPU runs at only 1550Mhz when the stock frequency is 3500Mhz ?

Hi guys,

My CPU has been running at this frequency for so long and I have no idea on how to fix it. I've looked at all the common solutions, but not a single one of these works.

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Why are you using NZXT's CAM? Are you working with an NZXT prebuilt?

I've looked at all the common solutions, in which not a single one of these work.
Might want to mention what you've done prior to the creation of this thread.

Hi, no it doesn't go up, it just stays at 1550mhz at 100% load, which causes every game to be laggy.

Motherboard : B350-F ROG STRIX
CPU : Ryzen 5 1600
CPU cooler : stock
GPU : 3060 Ti
RAM: CORSAIR 4 x 4GB
SSD : 512GB SAMSUNG
PSU :
Case : NZXT
OS : Windows 10
Monitor : MSI 27" + LG 27"

Im only using nzxt cam to be 100% sure as task manager also says the same thing so i wanted a second opinion.

Common solutions ive tried:
Changing the performance settings in win10
Using ryzen master to change the cpu clock speed
Changing cpu settings in bios

The only time i get it to run at stock freq (3500mhz) is when i change loads of stuff in bios, boot win 10, reset to default, do this about 2-4 times then it seems to work
