Create coolest environment for my case?

I have a 970xtreme 3 mobo with the radeon 5770 and a ati 4100. my psu is the antec neo evo 620w.

what way can I organize my case to best make it cool? Someone told me I could use metal sheets to direct airflow?

Your temperatures are really low, and actually pretty good. Farenheit is nothing to worry about, it is celsius that you should worry about.

That temp isnt bad..unless you are in a 55f room. When you start running at 130f while web surfing, there is a problem.

Okay thanks. I live in Arizona so later this summer it might get around 100 while surfing cuz I live in the bad room. But im switching rooms so itll hopefully be better!
and okay, i thought that was hot. My cpu and gpu are running around 50 (gpu a little lower and cpu a little higher than 50) and i was just chatting and on youtube. and the flame on speedfan scared me. thanks!

Considering what you've written here, I'm assuming you're speaking Fahreinheit, in which case, you're fine at those temps! Always stay cool though.
