Cryptojacking found running in my explorer.exe Need HELP!

my explorer.exe used 25% of CPU at every time, except when i disconnected from the internet or open Task Manager. i also found this connection in the explorer.exe Local port: 50478 , Remote Address : 142.93.88.189 , Remote port : 5866 .
i have no idea what to do.
if any advice i would be appreciated.

Full format of the hard drive and reinstalling Windows is your best bet. If you're this compromised, it's likely not the only issue you have.

Try these solutions:

1. Run an antivirus scan
2. Try finding the name of the program (if it's a program)
3. Google the connection
4. Back up the hard drive and reset computer
5. Smash computer with a hammer and buy a new one (not recommended tho)
6. Join the Amish
