Question CS GO FPS drop playing with bots

I have an I3-3220, 8gb RAM, GT 1030 2gb GDDR5.

When I play online matches like casual, deathmatch, competitive, etc. on max settings my fps is normally 120-200fps but when I play with bots my FPS is like 40-70 FPS I lowered the settings but nothing happened

I guess the games isn't properly optimized to run bots in a dual-core CPU. The game can use up to three cores.

meaning playing with bots = lag, play online = normal?
