Current stability testing

I have killed 4 evga 790 mb's and since this one has froze on me twice now---I need something to help me identify this issue. vista doesnt tell me anything except that it didnt shut down properly. the issue is a total freeze, after a gew resets the mb locks up at A0 post fault. Q9300 ocz 4 G 2000 Mhtz Ram vista 32
