I am done picking the parts, but I had some questions below:
___
Compatibility Notes: In order to fit, the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card may require removing drive bays from the NZXT Phantom 410 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case. The case only supports video cards up to 230mm in length without removing drive bays, while the video card is 292mm long.
I was informed that my GPU will fit, so I should disregard this warning.
___
Compatibility Notes: Some Intel Z87 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs.
Don't know what to say about this, any advice?
___
I originally had the i7 4770k instead of the 4790k, but since the 4790k is $3 cheaper, I chose to get it. Though, I don't know if I should save $100 and get the i5-4670k. I will be using the PC for gaming, school work, drafting (AutoCad to build houses), etc.
___
I don't know if I should get the 840 EVO SSD for $84 or stay at the 850 Pro for $125.

You only need an I7 if you are using demanding programs such as editing 3d movies or something lol. Downgrade to i5-4690k and then you would need a Z97 motherboard and I recommend the ASRocks Z97 Extreme4 which has great features. If you are going to overclock the CPU then I would say go for the Asus Maximus Hero Vii
You should stick to the 840 Evo because that would be sufficient for a fast bootup and it is much cheaper.
The Seagate Barracuda is a top HDD but I prefer the Western Digital Black (2013 FZEX model) because it has fast reads and writes with good reliability and a long 5 year warranty.
The GTX 770 is a great card but I wouldn't go for Gigabyte and pay that little bit extra for MSI and EVGA for better performance along with reliability. I have had issues with Gigabyte cards so tend to avoid them.
Your PSU is good but I rather you go for a more reliable brand such as Seasonic. they actually make the XFX 750w pro series 80+ bronze, I think that's the name. Seasonic make the best PSU so always stick to them.
To get the best RAM, go for G skills Ripjaws X or Corsair Vengeance Pro. You can either get 8gb now and then 8gb later. But it's best to have 16gb Ram.

What is your final budget, so I can kind of stick to a limit.
