how do I unlock the supervisor mode for my mainboard?
When I press F12 I can enter the BIOS only in "user mode".

Fujitsu Esprimo E920 with D3222-A12 mainboard.

You'll have to ask the manufacturer.
Prebuilt systems and laptops, the BIOS is frequently locked down.

WE out here can't help, and unlikely the manufacturer would give that up.
But you can ask them.
