Hello,

I am trying to recover some data from a user's recycle bin who is no longer
with the company. I don't have that user's password so I am not able to log
into their profile. I can only log in as a local admin. I know about the
recycler folder, but when I browse it as the admin, no files show up for any
user on the computer. Is there anything I can do to recover the data?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

So when you login as a local admin just change his password and then login
as the user.
